Basement door deadbolt lock, can not get it to open and/or it's difficult to open.
Add downspout extension to front downspout.
Gutter on North side of house has drip leak at seam.
Deck repairs needed, at least on east facing board which is rotted.
Trim around windows and doors on back of house, including threshold on deck door.
Replace storm door to deck.
Trim shrubs/vines from South side of house.
Replace entry door lock.
Replace batteries in smoke detectors.
Move out remaining furniture: bed, chest of drawers, exercise bike, desk, etc.
Complete framing of doorway to laundry room.
Paint exterior trim.
South window in master bedroom needs a latch. Will not stay closed.
